Cathrin Eireiner is Professor of Human Resources Management at Pforzheim University. She teaches on the Business Administration/Personnel Management (B.Sc.) and Master of Human Resources Management (M.Sc.) degree programmes. She is deputy head of the Institute for Human Resources Research and is a member of the Human Resources Competence Centre at Pforzheim University (HRCC), which brings together teaching and research activities in the field of human resources management. Dr Cathrin Eireiner worked for several years in management consulting with a focus on people and organisation. She gained industrial experience in her position of several years' responsibility for management development in an international DAX 30 company

Dr. Florian Chitic is Head of Recruiting & Employer Branding at E. Breuninger GmbH & Co. and deputy professor for Human Resource Management at Mainz University of Applied Sciences. The co-founder of talentefinder GmbH combines experience from academia, the corporate world and the start-up world. Through his extensive experience in recruitment and development, Florian has developed a deep understanding of the needs of employers and employees. His research focuses on how organisations can integrate sustainable practices into their HR strategy.

Katharina Schmitt works as an editor at the Haufe Group. The lawyer and co-founder of the HR magazine is responsible for topics including remuneration, new working environments and health management

Prof. Dr. Rupert Felder is Head of Human Resources at Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG. The global printing press group employs around 10,000 people and is one of the pioneers of digitalisation in the industry. Felder previously held various positions at Daimler and is an honorary professor at the Rhein-Main University of Applied Sciences. Rupert Felder is Vice President of the "Bundesverband der Arbeitsrechtler in Unternehmen" (BVAU.de). Personalmagazin has named him one of the 40 leading minds in HR management five times in a row, most recently in 2021. Felder is the author of the reference book "Nachhaltigkeit und HR" (Sustainability and HR), published by Haufe Verlag in 2021.

Simone Zilgen holds a degree in business administration and began her career at the Metro Group, where she held various HR positions from 1998 to 2015. Her last position there was Senior Director Group, Head of Internal Communication & Change. Simone Zilgen then moved to the Carlsberg Group in Denmark, where she worked for three years as Global Senior Director Talent Management Group. She then spent more than two years at Nordea Group, the largest bank in Scandinavia, as Global Head of Talent Group.

Simone Zilgen has been Managing Director of Human Resources at Aramark in Germany since June 2021 and in this role is also responsible for Spain, Belgium, Luxembourg and the Czech Republic as Vice President HR Continental Europe. Since March 2023, she has also been responsible for Aramark's corporate communications in Germany

Dr. Teo Pham is one of the most sought-after experts when it comes to artificial intelligence, social media and digital business models. The former professor works as a consultant and trainer with companies such as Adobe, BMW and Vodafone. As a keynote speaker, he appears at top events such as the OMR Festival and Bits & Pretzels. As an expert in the media, Teo has been interviewed by n-tv, Handelsblatt and Capital. As a content creator, Teo has been honoured several times as LinkedIn TopVoice and his tech podcast "Trends mit Teo" is a must on any playlist.

Roger Basler de Roca, Author and passionate entrepreneur, describes himself as a digital native with a penchant for digitalisation and algorithms. His expertise includes the development of digital business models and growth models thanks to artificial intelligence. Christian Wolf is Head of Global Health Management at BHS Maschinen und Anlagenbau GmbH in Weiherhammer. He is a lecturer at the Ostbayrische Technische Hochschule Amberg Weiden in the Centre for Performance Diagnostics + Sports Medicine and a member of the athletics coaching staff of the German Ice Hockey Federation. Dr. Claudia Viehweger as Chief People & Sustainability Officer (CPSO) has been responsible for the entire HR division of the Scout24 Group since June 2021. Viehweger, who holds a doctorate in law, began her career as a specialist lawyer for labour law at Raue LLP in Berlin before joining Axel Springer SE as an in-house lawyer in 2011. This was followed by further positions at Axel Springer, including Head of Human Resources at the WELT editorial office. Most recently, Viehweger was Chief Human Resources Officer at Axel Springer National Media & Tech, where she was responsible for HR issues at all of Axel Springer's digital brands. Viehweger also held the position of Vice President People & Culture at Axel Springer for the entire "News Media National" segment.

Ivana Tadic joined Mercedes-Benz in Berlin while studying "International HR Management and Organisation". Responsible for all student employment in the Group throughout Germany, she saw potential for optimisation in student applications and launched the successful TikTok channel @bewerbungsqueen a few months ago to highlight the do's and don'ts of applications and make it easier for young professionals to get started. She also advises companies on how HR works on TikTok and how companies can use the platform to their advantage.
